This could be a forensic accountant if we are discussing issues relating to the valuation of a relevant business, or a pensions expert if we need to understand the impact of the parties' pension provision on the settlement.
We also work with independent financial advisers, tax accountants and other financial experts all of whom are committed to the collaborative process and will be brought in to to help you both reach an all encompassing settlement which will last.
